Problems with Nick Cottone at Seneca Ridge Middle School

Can someone please explain to me how Dr. Aaron Spence was given a salary increase and extension after his abysmal appearance at the U.S. House Committee on Education and The Workforce? How is it that Dr Spence is completely unaccountable for his track record of willful violation of both Federal and State Laws? Dr. Spence and the Loudoun County School Board, including but not limited to, April Chandler both believe and support in the unlawful extinguishment of parental rights as well as those rights afforded to children under ADA and IEPs. Loudoun County Public Schools is allowed to blatantly attack and harm parents that undertake whistleblower activity. On June 5, 2026, I sent my final follow up submission to the U.S. House Committee on Education and The Workforce. The final submission outlined and illustrated the aggravated retaliation I endured at the hands of Priti Khanna of Khanna Law PLLC. Based on the commercial relationship of Khanna Law PLLC and LCPS via the Lowes Island PTO sponsorship, and the defamatory statements made to intimidate and discredit my well-documented and proven complaints by the departure / withdrawal of Lindsay Mohler, represents aggravated retaliation on behalf of LCPS, as Khanna Law PLLC is a State-Actor.  On June 2, 2026, I provided my third follow up submission to the U.S. House Committee on Education and The Workforce. In this submission, I illustrate the administrative entrapment LCPS continues to utilize against me. LCPS maintains a fraudulent No-Trespass Order against me issued on February 24, 2026, which requires me to contact LCPS and request permission to attend any event. The NTO was issued without any legal predicate or legal action or due process. LCPS then sent me an invitation to attend my son's fifth grade graduation. Given the NTO, I will be arrested and charged with a misdemeanor should I attend the event on June 11, 2026.  LCPS refuses to acknowledge any legal communication I send to the organization and therefore, I am prohibited from attending and participating in my child's education, which means LCPS is willfully failing to provide a Free and Public Education (FAPE).
