Since Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) believe it is above the law and can wontonlly violate any Federal and State Law it wishes, I am now forced to expose the fraudulent activity of its employees and fireable offenses they have committed against me.
The allegations and assertions below tie directly to a previous post that outlines the inappropriate contact Nick Cottone had with my minor child in February 2026:

Below, I present the administrative fraud and material misrepresentations made by Principal Nick Cottone of Seneca Ridge Middle School.
Mr. Cottone has exhibited a pattern of behavior whereby he uses his position as Principal to seek out and establish inappropriate relationships with single mothers. Mr. Cottone then in exchange for the inappropriate relationship utilizes his Principal powers to eradicate and impinge upon the divorced male parent's joint custodial rights. Mr. Cottone is running a cottage industry whereby he sells the power of his position for favors in order to settle private civil vendettas and have divorced dads completely removed from their children's lives.

On March 11, 2022, Nick Cottone sent me a personal
message that illustrates he not only had knowledge of who my son is / was, but
illustrates he attempted to establish a personal relationship with me directly. What is interesting is this is the exact date my divorce became official! He was signaling that he has an inappropriate relationship with my ex wife
On June 22, 2023, Nick Cottone emails me to personal
thank me for participating in Seneca Ridge Middle School’s first career day.
Nick Cottone Makes False Statements – Administrative
Fraud
Nick Cottone sent this email to LCPS administration in
response to my email sent to him on October 10, 2023. Mr. Cottone also
responded to my email via email and called me and left a voice mail in
conjunction with Tierra Sharpe.

On October 26, 2023, 13 days after Cottone denies any sort
of relationship with me or my ex wife, he is conducting an email conversation
with my ex wife attempting to help her obtain private communications between he
and I. Nick Cottone’s actions here are in direct conflict with his October 13,
2023, statements to LCPS administration that he does not know me or my family
or have any relationship with us.
