Can someone please explain to me how Dr. Aaron Spence was given a salary increase and extension after his abysmal appearance at the U.S. House Committee on Education and The Workforce?

How is it that Dr Spence is completely unaccountable for his track record of willful violation of both Federal and State Laws?

Dr. Spence and the Loudoun County School Board, including but not limited to, April Chandler both believe and support in the unlawful extinguishment of parental rights as well as those rights afforded to children under ADA and IEPs.

Loudoun County Public Schools is allowed to blatantly attack and harm parents that undertake whistleblower activity. I do not understand why anyone and everyone in Loudoun County Virginia is allowed to impinge upon and extinguish my rights as a U.S. Citizen.

The parents and families of Loudoun County Virginia should be appauled that Dr. Aaron Spence is given such a salary increase.

Dr. Spence has been allowed to tortuously interfere with my career and is given a 40K salary increase and four year extension?!

How is his base salary $425K with a bunch of allowances?!

Dr. Spence is corrupt and has sold the school district to private attorneys including but not limited to Lindsay Mohler and Troxel Leigh P.C. as well as Khanna Law PLLC among others. How is such a corrupt government leader allowed to be celebrated and avoid any sort of accountability?

I guess Dr. Spence gets promoted and salary increases for breaking the law and committing mail fraud and attacking parents that he does not like. 

I have provided definitive proof that Dr. Aaron Spence, the Loudoun County School Board, and its employees continue to conduct a personal vendetta against me for exposing significant fraudulent and unlawful activity perpetuated by Dr. Spence and his staff.

Loudoun County Public Schools just makes up track records and justifications for purposeful and wonton unlawful activity.

People should be appauled that LCPS is allowed to conduct itself in such a way.

As LCPS continues to post gains in academic achievement, student engagement and school climate, the Loudoun County School Board voted to extend Superintendent Dr. Aaron Spence’s contract through June 30, 2030. Per Dr. Spence’s contract, provided he receives at least a “proficient” performance rating by the Board for the preceding fiscal year, he is entitled to an annual salary increase equal to the average annual cost-of-living adjustment and the average step increase provided to all employees. The School Board also approved an increase in the deferred compensation Dr. Spence is entitled to under his contract to $38,500 for the 2025-26 school year. “The Board engaged in a collaborative and productive conversation about the progress of the school division, the challenges we continue to navigate, and the opportunities that lie ahead. Those discussions reinforced our confidence in Dr. Spence’s leadership of the school division,” Board Chair April Chandler said. “I appreciate the stability Dr. Spence has brought to the division and the clear, strategic direction he has established to support student success, strengthen our workforce and position LCPS for the future." The extension comes during a period of measurable progress across the division, including improvements in student achievement, expanded access to advanced coursework, reductions in chronic absenteeism and increased feelings of belonging and trust among students, staff and families.
