I have posted significant evidence that Nick Cottone violated his lawful duty to provide impartiality toward me and my children. My evidence here illustrates that he purposefully and wontonly denied myself and my children a Free and Public Education. Mr. Cottone has relinquised his sovereign immunity based on the actions I have presented on this blog. There is no reality that LCPS should be ignoring my multiple requests to keep my children away from Nick Cottone. Instead, LCPS continues to protect and support a predator that inappropriately touches children and leads campaigns to eviscerate parental rights. 

In this post, I will provide the evidence that LCPS and LCSO have acted to cover up the allegations I have brought forth against Nick Cottone and others. The only person who has not faced accountability is Nick Cottone. 

For three year, I was subjected to Nick Cottone actively and unlawfully alienating me and erasing me from my children's lives. The entire time, Nick Cottone was allowed to be the principal of the school where his son attended. This is an insanely inappropriate conflict of interest.

Nick Cottone gets to oversee his own son while arbitrarily deciding to eradicate parents from their children's lives because he has a taste for single moms.

Nick Cottone is unprofessional based on his appearance. His appearance is a clear violation of the professional standards of LCPS policy. 

Nevertheless, Nick Cottone is allowed to attack and violate any and all laws he wishes.

The key here is that Nick Cottone, LCPS, LCSO, and Leesburg Police have all been bought by Lindsay Mohler and Troxel Leigh P.C. and QlikTech, Inc. These state entities and state actors continue to retaliate against me by violating my lawful parental rights without due process or any legitimate legal predicate.

The entities named here have all retaliated against me because my advocacy and FOIA requests have uncovered significant corruption and unlawful activity led by corrupt and bought leadership including Dr. Aaron Spence, Superintendent of LCPS, Sherrif Mike Chapman, Loudoun County Sherrif, Troxell Leigh P.C., Lindsay Mohler, QlikTech Inc., Dennis Johnson, Feyi Obafeymi, Debbie Lofton, Orlando Bravo, and others.

On May 6, 2026, I filed a workforce complaint with LCPS regarding Deputy Iversen, which represents legally protected activity.

What I illustrate in Exhibit 1 is that there was de facto collusion between Nick Cottone, Deputy Iversen, and Troxell Leigh P.C. directly with Gareth Bowen on behalf of Lindsay Mohler. 

Exhibit 1 illustrates a billing statement directly from Troxell Leigh that explicitly illustrates that attorney Bowen at the request of Lindsay Mohler (lead council) contacted LCSO Deputy Iversen without any legal predicate or justification to discuss the relief they are pursuing. 

The statements on this billing statement are prima facie evidence that LCSO represents a corrupt and bought organization owned by Troxell Leigh P.C. and Lindsay Mohler, among other at the firm.

Exhibit 2 illustrates that I filed a workforce complaint with LCPS in May 2025. The filing of this complaint represents protected activity according to LCPS policy. Nevertheless, LCPS including the school board and Dr. Aaron Spence, as well as several administrators, have led a series of reprisals against me for filing this complaint and several others with the school district. In fact, I filed several complaints in May 2025, and each time I filed a complaint I was subjected to retaliation at the hands of LCPS including Nick Cottone and Kate Ridgeway, as well as Lindsay Mohler and Troxel Leigh. The 222 slide power point presented below includes both my complaint against Iversen, as well as the February 2025 complaint I filed against Nick Cottone with LCPS. Despite filing several substantiated complaints, LCPS continues to protect Nick Cottone and others and continues to call me disruptive for merely bringing forth acts of sever corruption and unlawful collusion between LCPS, LCSO, and a private attorney (Lindsay MOhler) and a private law firm (Troxell Leigh P.C.) for settling a personal vendetta with no legal predicate for communciation or collusion to occur.

On May 7, 2025, Devina Martin of LCPS emailed to me stating that LCPS could not do anything about my issues regarding Officer Tim Iversen. Nevertheless, you will see that LCPS had no problem transfering him away from Seneca Ridge Middle School in April 2025.

What is really peculiar and represents a smoking gun due to temporal proximity, is that in the Sunday, April 27, 2025 edition of the Seneca Ridge MIddle School Thunderblast email from Principal Nick Cottone, Mr. Cottone announced the abrupt and immediate transfer of Tim Iversen to another school and installation of a new LCSO at SMRS. Deputy Iversen did not even finish out the school year at Seneca Ridge Middle School. The abrupt 80% complete school year transfer represents prima facie evidence that LCPS was working with LCSO to cover up my issues with Deputy Iversen and the ongoing corruption of Mike Chapman and LCSO

Clearly, the immediate and abrupt transfer a week prior to my complaint, and the response nothing could be done, represents a cover up in response to my allegations. More problematic is that I submitted another workforce complaint about this issue in February 2025, and was given an indication from Devina Martin that my assertions were validated. However, like everything else, nothing ever happens to Nick Cottone. He can continue to violate any Federal and State law he wishes without accoutnability.

The story discussed the fact that Principal Nick Cottone of Seneca Ridge Middle School had activated his School Resource Officer to have a special education teacher arrested under suspicion that she was drunk.
