 On June 1, 2026, I submitted two follow up submissions to the U.S. House Committee on Education and The Workforce. 

The act of retaliation came via Priti Khanna of Khanna Law PLLC. She is the most prominent sponsor of the Lowes Island Elementary School PTO. I have documented and filed protected complaints with LCPS as the PTO has been weaponized against me and used to prohibit and restrict my parental rights without any legal predicate or justification.

What is particularly telling here is that Lindsay Mohler and Troxel Leigh P.C. no longer represent my ex wife. Lindsay Mohler and Troxel Leigh P.C. have continously represented my ex wife in all family and divorce matters since 2021. 

The departure of Lindsay Mohler and Troxel Leigh P.C. from representation is a defacto admission of the assertions and claims I have made throughout all of the posts on this blog.

The enclosed timeline establishes that the public-private alliance operating within Loudoun County Public Schools has expanded its operational footprint to execute immediate counter-strikes against a federal whistleblower.

  • Friday, May 29, 2026 (8:00 AM ET): The Complainant formally filed a comprehensive 100-page Master Forensic Appendix with the U.S. House Committee on Education & the Workforce, entering unrefuted evidence of systemic multi-agency fraud, data spoliation, and civil rights violations into the permanent federal record.

  • Monday, June 1, 2026 (1:19 PM ET): Exactly one business day later, the Complainant was served with an aggressive, highly pressured legal demand and financial ledger from private counsel Priti Khanna (Khanna Law, PLLC). The execution of this high-pressure legal maneuver within 72 hours of a federal congressional filing represents a calculated tactical strike designed to inflict maximum duress upon a federal whistleblower.

2. Sponsoring Entity Status and Conflict of Interest

The involvement of attorney Priti Khanna represents a direct expansion of the State-Actor Nexus into the financial and structural operations of the school division.

  • The PTO Sponsorship Link: As verified by the official database registry of the Lowes Island Elementary School PTO (the LCPS institution housing the Complainant's minor children), Khanna Law, PLLC operates as an active corporate sponsor and financial underwriter of the school’s parent-teacher infrastructure.

  • Policy 2350 Integrity Breach: Under LCPS Policy 2350 (Conflict of Interest), a financial underwriter of a school-division body is structurally tied to the institution. The school system cannot logically maintain a police-enforced physical and digital blockade against a whistleblower father while concurrently utilizing its official networks to promote, fund, and display the corporate brand of the private attorney targeting that father.

The story discussed the fact that Principal Nick Cottone of Seneca Ridge Middle School had activated his School Resource Officer to have a special education teacher arrested under suspicion that she was drunk.
