#LCPS Perjury Before Congress: LCPS Willfully and Wontonlly Violates Federal and State Laws As It Sees Fit #LCSO #LeesburgPolice #LoudounCounty #LoudounCountyPublicSchools

On May 12, 2026, LCPS sent the following email on behalf of Dr. Aaron Spence.

The email stated that Dr. Spence will testify before Congress on June 10, 2026.

The email contradicts the actual actions of Dr. Spense and LCPS as illustrated by the contents provided on this blog nickcottone.blogspot.com.

In fact, LCPS does not respect the rights of children who attend LCPS schools that are on IEPs.

In fact, LCPS does not respect the rights of parents who have Joint Legal Custody of children attending LCPS schools.

In fact, LCPS believes that both Federal and State law does not apply to U.S. Citizens. In previous community emails, Dr. Spence has stated that the 14th Amendment applies to all imigrant families attending LCPS.

In fact, the actions of LCPS illustrate that parents of students attending LCPS who are U.S. Citizens are not afforded their natural 14th Amendement Rights.

LCPS seemingly acts according to whatever rule of law the organization makes up.

The pattern of actions seem to be that LCPS and the LCPS SChool Board completely ignores and revokes all Federal and State Rights when a parent complains or provides evidence of mail fraud and aggravated realiation conducted by LCPS.

Dr. Spence's testimony must be impeached as he is set to perjure himself on June 10, 2026.

The proof is right here. LCPS does not follow Federal or State law. Period!

The exact quote from the email is a complete fabrication and falsehood:

At LCPS, we are committed to ensuring every student feels a sense of belonging, value, and opportunity in our schools. We believe all students deserve to be supported, challenged, and prepared for success, and we remain focused on creating learning environments where every child can thrive. In doing so, we follow both state and federal laws, uphold the rights of all students, and work each day to provide safe, welcoming, and academically strong schools for every member of our community.

The evidence I have provided here illustrates that I and my children do not have a sense of belonging or welcome at LCPS.

LCPS does not support me, my rights, or the rights of my children on IEPs.

LCPS does not believe in the safety of myself or my children as they have criminalized my joint legal custodian rights and have retaliated against me for undertaking legally protected action when I filed a Federal OCR Complaint.

LCPS has retaliated against me for calling out the Civil Rights violations LCPS has conducted against me via extra judicial show of force interrogations, unreported subpoenas of LCPS staff, Mail Fraud, and aggravated retaliation.

Furthermore, the no trespass LCPS has issued against me came without any legal predicate or due process whatsoever.

LCPS does not  follow Federal or State laws and fails to respect due process and basic Civil Rights.

Here is a second quote from Dr. Spence's email:

While I recognize that this moment brings heightened attention and, at times, increased politicization, I remain firmly focused on what matters most: our students. Distractions will not deter us from continuing to make LCPS one of the finest school divisions in the country.

Dr. Spence references all of my complaints and 24 USPS Certified Letters Return REceipt Requested, and emails, as distractions.

Dr. Spence believes that a parent seeking to advocate for his children's Federal Civil Rights, and his own Federal Civil Rights are distractions because they illustrate the simple fact that LCPS does not believe in any of the commentary put forth in this community wide email.

Loudoun County Public Schools‎

Dear LCPS Family,

I want to share with you that I will be testifying before the U.S. House Committee on Education & Workforce on June 10, 2026.

I welcome this opportunity and look forward to speaking with the committee about the extraordinary environment we have built together here in Loudoun County Public Schools. Each and every day, our students learn, grow, and achieve at remarkable levels, supported by dedicated staff and engaged families. These accomplishments are not possible without the strong partnerships we share with our families and the broader community.

While I recognize that this moment brings heightened attention and, at times, increased politicization, I remain firmly focused on what matters most: our students. Distractions will not deter us from continuing to make LCPS one of the finest school divisions in the country.

It is truly a privilege to serve this community and I value the opportunity to engage with our students, staff, and families every day. As always, I am grateful for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Dr. Aaron Spence
