LCPS Fails to Respond to 24 USPS Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested Letters #LCPS #LCSO #LoudounCountyPublicSchools #LoudounCounty
As of Sunday, May 31, 2026, LCPS has failed to respond to at least 24 requests sent to the organization via USPS Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested.
The first letter was received by LCPS on December 12, 2025, and the 24th letter was received by LCPS on or about May 18, 2026.
At least five of the letters were addressed directly to Dr. Aaron Spence, and the overwhelming majority were addressed to Mark Bergin, Chief of Staff to Dr. Aaron Spence. Therefore, Dr. Spence should be intimiately familiar with all of the correspondence I have sent to LCPS via USPS Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested.
Only two letters have received acknowledgement and responses. Both letters were sent to Principal W. John Brewer of Dominion High School. The first letter sent to him in December 2025 received acknowledgement and a direct response and action.
The second letter addressed and sent to him, which he received on May 5, 2026, did not receive an acknowledgement, but received an indirect response as Dr. Brewer directed Dr. Allison of Dominion High School to respond to my letter. The email I received from Dr. Allison represents a direct response to my letter as it provides information requested in the letter sent to Dr. Brewer.
All other letters sent to LCPS have gone unresponsive. The 24 letters sent to LCPS all pertain to the IEP and ADA violations LCPS has committed against my children, including but not limited to, retaliation undertaken against my child on an IEP in November / December 2025, where Lowes Island Elementary School staff mocked my child for requesting accommodations that were supposed to be afforded to him under his current IEP. Subsequent to my complaints, LCPS has completely revoked my ability to participate in all future IEP meetings due to the fraudulent No Trespass Order issued on February 24, 2026.
Several of the USPS Certified Letters were directly address to and received by Dr. Aaron Spence, the Superintendent of Loudoun County Public Schools.
Dr. Spence is set to testify before Congress on June 10, 2026, as part of the following hearing:
