The Failure of the Security Predicate: The Dominion High School Solicitation

On February 24, 2026, Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) issued a No-Trespass order against me, citing "security" concerns. Among the administrators explicitly copied on this police-enforced exclusion was John Brewer, Principal of Dominion High School.

The integrity of any security measure is defined by its consistent application. If an individual is a credible threat to a school community, that individual is excluded from all forms of community engagement and solicitation. However, the actions of Mr. Brewer on March 25, 2026, serve as a forensic waiver of the District's safety claims.

The Evidence of Selective Enforcement At 6:05 PM CT on March 25, 2026, Mr. Brewer placed a recorded call to my personal device. Despite being a primary party to the No-Trespass order, Mr. Brewer utilized the District’s communication infrastructure to solicit me for financial sponsorship and community "rallying."

"Good evening, fellow Titans. This is John Brewer, principal of Dominion High School, requesting your support for the 20th annual Dominion Golf Classic with one simple goal to raise funds that support every one of our Titans. Tonight, I'm inviting you to be part of this special 20th anniversary celebration. You can join us on Monday, May 4th at the beautiful River Creek Club as a golfer or volunteer, or join us for the evening reception featuring a barbecue dinner and the exciting conclusion of our silent auction. In preparation for the event, we are actively seeking sponsors. If you own a business or know someone or work for someone that wants to make a difference, we need your help. Visit Dominion.golf for full details and follow the Dominion Golf Classic on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for updates. As I reflect on 19 incredible years and look ahead to celebrating our 20th, I am filled with gratitude for the community that continues to rally behind our titans. I hope you'll join us in making this year's classic the best ever. Go. Titans."

The Administrative Contradiction This solicitation creates a "Legal Absurdity." Under LCPS Policy 2350, the District’s agents are prohibited from engaging in activities that create a conflict of interest or undermine the integrity of administrative orders. Mr. Brewer’s request for me to "make a difference" and "rally behind our titans" as a sponsor is a prima facie admission that the District does not view me as a threat.

The No-Trespass order is, therefore, exposed as a mechanical tool of retaliation rather than a measure of protection. It is a "Digital Blockade" designed to protect vendor interests (QlikTech, Inc.) and facilitate private legal advantages for Lindsay Mohler (Troxell Leigh P.C.), while the District continues to view me as a viable source of sponsorship capital.

This record has been certified and will be utilized to support ongoing complaints with the VA Office of the Attorney General and the NJ/PA Bar Boards.

The story discussed the fact that Principal Nick Cottone of Seneca Ridge Middle School had activated his School Resource Officer to have a special education teacher arrested under suspicion that she was drunk.
