The Event: Principal Cottone and SRO Iversen coordinate with the law firm Troxell Leigh P.C., including but not limited to attorneys Gareth Bowen and Lindsay Mohler, on the same day Cottone was proven to be providing "help" to the firm's client regarding the father's records.

STATUS OF MISSING EVIDENCE: LCPS FOIA Office is currently withholding an email between Principal Cottone and Attorney Lindsay Mohler under an invalid "Work Product" claim, directly obstructing the verification of the collusion timeline. Upon information and belief, I have reason to believe the email between Cottone and Mohler relates to the allegations of collusion illustrated by the contact between Gareth Bowen (Troxel Leigh) and OFC Tim Iversen SMRS SRO, who later admits to conducting an illegal interrogation of my at the behest of Nick Cottone.

 On November 6, 2025, an article was published on Yahoo! News and other news outlets. The story discussed the fact that Principal Nick Cottone of Seneca Ridge Middle School had activated his School Resource Officer to have a special education teacher arrested under suspicion that she was drunk.
