I sent an email response stating: "I am deathly afraid to interact with anyone associated with Mr. Cottone..." and accused him of three years of alienation and using his position to "execute ongoing long-term parental alienation of me from my son," which resulted in my son telling me "have a shitty easter fuck face." I also noted I had incurred "nearly $50k in fees defending myself against Mr. Cottone’s actions."

In a direct follow-up, I informed LCPS: "My attorney has informed me that Mr. Cottone, my ex wife, and her attorney... are trying to have me charged with a crime and incarcerated and my parental rights taken away." I reiterated: "I am deathly afraid to interact with you or the people working for Mr. Cottone," and that I am "gravely concerned that the school believes it can abuse its power to ruin my life."

I received an email from Dr. Brewer regarding the fact that he was going to hold the appeal meeting in spite of my objections to his previous inappropriate actions and citing policy 8220.1.

(This represents tangible financial damages resulting from the continued administrative misconduct and retaliation.)

Instruction for LCPS HR: All dates and specific claims in this timeline are supported by corresponding Exhibits (emails, legal documents, official notices, and the November 11, 2025 call transcript) which are attached to the formal complaint.

 I will post an update as additiona retaliation occurred during the week of school leading into Christmas Break.
