This overstepped his position as Principal, as the situation did not involve my child or their education, but involved accusations made against him of having an inappropriate relationship with my ex-wife.
Nov 6, 2023	Official Complaint Filed (Ridgeway/Cottone Bias)	I file an official complaint calling out ongoing activity whereby Kate Ridgeway prohibited my participation in my child’s IEP meeting and detailing ongoing acts of retaliation and Principal Cottone's preferential treatment in favor of my ex-wife. Aldas)	I sent an email response stating: "I am deathly afraid to interact with anyone associated with Mr. Cottone..." and accused him of three years of alienation and using his position to "execute ongoing long-term parental alienation of me from my son," which resulted in my son telling me "have a shitty easter fuck face." I also noted I had incurred "nearly $50k in fees defending myself against Mr. Cottone’s actions."
Aug 28, 2024 (Follow-up)	Explicit Legal Threat Notification to LCPS	In a direct follow-up, I informed LCPS: "My attorney has informed me that Mr. Cottone, my ex wife, and her attorney... are trying to have me charged with a crime and incarcerated and my parental rights taken away." This violates the explicit "equal access" promise made by Dr. Brewer on Dec 10th.
Dec 12, 2025, 11:30 am CT	Formal Complaint to Brewer/Spence (Broken Promise)	I send an email to Brewer and Spence detailing the immediate failure of the "relationship repair," pointing out the retaliatory scheduling/lack of direct notification for the concert, which prevents my attendance and demonstrates ongoing administrative preference for my ex-wife.

(This represents tangible financial damages resulting from the continued administrative misconduct and retaliation.)
